For miscellaneous custom items already discussed with Scott or Marti. Describe the items and quantities included in your personal quote, upload any artwork, and enter the agreed item total in dollars. Enter the total once for the entire quoted project, not a per-item price. Shipping and optional express production are added separately. Confirm your final total before paying. Additional discounts do not apply to personally quoted items.

Ordering & artwork
Choose your products and quantities in our order form, upload PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG artwork up to 10 MB, and describe the design you need. Orders are reviewed before payment, which is sent separately through the listed payment services.
What amount should I enter?
Enter the agreed total for the quoted items. If your quote includes shipping, contact us to confirm the item amount before submitting so shipping is not counted twice. Confirm your final total before paying.
SHIPPING & DAMAGED ORDERS
Please allow 5–7 days for processing. Shipping time is additional. Carrier delivery dates are estimates, and delays may occur, including during international customs processing. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
We inspect and carefully package every order. If your order arrives damaged, please email scottpowellservices@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the damaged items, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label.
Keep all items and packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require an inspection. We will review the damage and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can help investigate.
Express production is $50; express shipping is $35. Contact us to confirm availability and timing.
